Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Each cup is handmade with our love and care (we also like perfection) so we take our time to ensure that they are all sealed correctly and free of larger air bubbles.
This is because the glitter during transit will settle. Give it a good shake and it should revive itself. If you are still unhappy please contact us via email with pictures so we can help further.
