Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the mainland UK. If this changes, we will post an update.

How long will it be till I get my order?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Each cup is handmade with our love and care (we also like perfection) so we take our time to ensure that they are all sealed correctly and free of larger air bubbles.

Question 3

Why does my Snow globe look funny on arrival?

Accepted Answer

This is because the glitter during transit will settle. Give it a good shake and it should revive itself. If you are still unhappy please contact us via email with pictures so we can help further.

Question 4

Can I use my tumbler for hot drinks

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our acrylic tumblers can only be used for cold drinks. We do have mugs on the store page which can be used for hot drinks.
